Where we deliver

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, as well as Monaco, Norway, Switzerland and Gibraltar. The countries you can select at checkout are the ones we currently deliver to. For the United Kingdom, please shop at uk.movaglobes.store.

Delivery charges

  • Free standard delivery on every MOVA Globe.
  • Free standard delivery on every order of €100 or more (or the equivalent in your currency).
  • Orders under €100 (for example a stand on its own) are charged standard delivery of €20, or the equivalent in your currency, shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If a discount code cannot be combined with free delivery, checkout shows the delivery charge before you pay.

Taxes and duties

  • For delivery to EU countries, no extra tax is added at checkout.
  • For Norway, Norwegian VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • For Switzerland, Gibraltar and other destinations outside the EU, import VAT or duties may be charged by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the country. Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway can take longer because of customs clearance.
  • Our carriers include Amazon Logistics, DHL, La Poste, Austrian Post and FedEx, depending on the destination.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will e-mail you a tracking link.

Delivery problems

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, e-mail support.eu@movaglobes.store and we will put it right. See our refund policy for damaged or faulty items.

Before you order

Please check that your delivery address and phone number are correct. If you notice a mistake, e-mail us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
